About me

My name is Bobby Leggins, owner of Max Altitude. I have always had a love of flying RC helicopters ever since I was little. As my wife and I have owned a photography business, Maxwell Studios, for the past 14 years, becoming a drone pilot was the ultimate goal for myself. After months of hard studying, I became a certified FAA drone pilot in 2024 and I am ready to take on drone photography and videography services needed in Central Il and beyond!

The thing I am most passionate about is my family! My wife, Megan, and I have been together since grade school and we have 3 amazing, talented children - Izzy, 15, Zak, 13, and Maverick (9). We enjoy bike riding, skateboarding and cooking together in our free time!

Our youngest son, Max, passed away in 2017. Naming both of our businesses in honor of our late son gives us peace as we know his name and memory will live on through his family.
